Ashley Furniture in Katy sold me a cocktail table and end table that was poorly assembled (wobbled with staples sticking out), and it was of poor craftmanship. The tables were not assembled properly. I did not accept the product and asked for an exchange. A month later, they delivered the same tables, in the same poor condition. They agreed to give me back my delivery charges, and nothing else. Ashley Furniture, I'm a Texan! Your product does not meet Texas standards. Buyer beware!! Don't spend your savings on something that will fall apart in less than a year.

Due to the fact that the person who submitted a post on this site did not use their real name, we have no way of knowing if they actually contacted AFI for assistance. Therefore, if we do not hear from a consumer, we are unable to assist.
